Jump Bars or Braces, per piece Note: sizing chart is not the same for the Sunlite plates or any other model plate.
For example, a size 4 Sunlite takes a size 6 Century jump bar. If you need help with sizing, email us at empirerollerskates@gmail.com and let us know what you are trying to do before ordering.
Century Base Plate, per piece.
Size 4 NTS jump bar: 4 1/2" long
Size 5 NTS jump bar: 4 7/8"
Size 6 NTS jump bar: 5 1/4"
Size 7 NTS jump bar: 5 5/8"
Size 8 NTS jump bar 6 1/16"
Size 9 NTS jump bar: 6 1/2"
Braces are used in some skates to strengthen the overall plate. Typically older style plates use a brace due to the plate and hanger combo. We have factory replacement braces for all our skates that require them. If your skate requires a brace we recommend using one as the specific geometry of the skate was designed to have one. Not using one can and will cause the skate to fail.
Century braces are used in the century plate and all other 10 plates that require them.
XK4 brace is used on the XK4 plate 45 degree.
