Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 1-10 days unless they say "Pre-order" in the description.  

Most skates we ship via UPS and smaller orders via US Postal.

Once the package leaves us, it's the shipping company's and customer's responsilbility.  We suggest you opt in to the Route insurance for lost or stolen packages because shipping insurance is only $50-$100 depending on the carrier.  Some carriers don't cover lost packages if they show they were delivered.  If it says delivered, please check with your local UPS carrier and check with your neighbors.  Most packages are found within a day.
